Jemz Cleaning

I was approached to create the brand identity for Jemz Cleaning service.

The word ‘Jemz’ was originally created from two first names. And with the word ‘Jemz’ phonetically sounding the same as ‘Gems’ we used this to our advantage in creating the brand logo icon.

Making smart, creative use of negative space. We designed the logo icon to be a gem/diamond shape, comprised of a home along with cleaning equipment.

The word ‘Gems’ signifies notions of high end, premium quality. Gems are luxurious, they sparkle and shine. This is great ideology to have in reference to a business that specialises in cleaning services. So with the addition of the tagline, ‘Making Homes Sparkle’. We were able to reinforce, link and highlight these concepts and qualities with the brand ‘Jemz’.
