Nenagh Children's Film Festival

Nenagh Children’s Film Festival, now in its third year, was established by Nenagh Arts Centre to support film-makers who create work for young audiences.

I have had the pleasure of working on this amazing festival along with Nenagh Arts Centre since its establishment. We try to make every year exciting and dynamic, be it design wise and also event wise. With every year having a different design theme, concept and aesthetic. This year we decided to go with an exciting colourful Bauhaus aesthetic.

With our target market being young people along with their parents. By using a Bauhaus inspired aesthetic, we were able to tailor the design for both markets successfully. As, as well as being modern, clean and architecturally measured throughout its design. The Bauhaus movement also contains a lot of visual fun, with an abundance of interesting dynamic shapes, colours and icons been used throughout.
