Spleodar Halloween Festival

Spleodar is Tipperary’s only dedicated Children’s Art Festival. Highly anticipated and popular by all, this year it celebrated its 20th anniversary.

In an aid to celebrate this milestone, I conceptually represented how the festival lights up the whole of Nenagh. With a big light projection event called ‘Ernmas’ also lighting up Nenagh Castle for the weeks finale, I thought what better way to encapsulate these notions, then by communicating exactly that with the printed design material.

By combining dark contrasts with bold, vivid colours. The designs were able to greatly imitate the illumination process our eyes go through. Thus making the designs literally light up before the users eyes!
